The Science Park is directly adjacent to the campus of Saarland University and therefore provides new, technology-oriented enterprises with the perfect conditions for setting up business.

Tenants have a wide range of services at their disposal. As well as attractive office spaces, laboratory areas and the necessary general technical equipment, the buildings have a high-performance telecommunications platform. Conference and meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology can be rented by all the Science Park companies for larger meetings, as can display areas for informative visual presentation of products and services. Central kitchenettes on each floor provide tenants with drinks and snacks.
The impressive foyer contains the reception with secretariat and telephone switchboard. Cafeteria and reserved car parking complete the package. A park-like green space with rest areas and winding paths connects the Science Park to the university

The biotechnology centre contains fully equipped and air-conditioned laboratory spaces to S1 standard. As well as the tenant’s own laboratory units, there are also laboratory areas for communal use, with very good technical equipment such as cold storage, high-powered centrifuge, autoclaves, weighing room and an isotope laboratory.

In addition, specialised maintenance, advice and consultancy services are offered in cooperation with SOG.
